Scope TitleGeneratorHub is committed to eradicating discrimination. This includes biases based on age, disability, gender identity, marital status, and other factors as outlined in the Equality Act 2010. We recognize the distinction between biological sex and gender identity, ensuring our policy extends to all aspects of identity.

Commitment We at TitleGeneratorHub uphold fairness, dignity, and respect. Our team, including staff and affiliates, can confidently report any instances of discrimination, harassment, or bullying, guided by our staff and candidate policies.

Responsibilities Promoting EDI is a collective effort at TitleGeneratorHub. Leadership from the Chief Executive and the Director of People & Culture is crucial in steering our EDI strategy.

Implementation, Monitoring, and Review The policy is actively monitored by our dedicated Equality and Diversity Committee, with key roles played by the Director of People & Culture, Quality and Standards Department, and Marketing Team. We periodically review our practices to stay aligned with evolving best practices and legal standards.

Training Mandatory EDI training tailored to specific roles is a prerequisite for all staff, including new joiners as part of their integration process.

Complaints Process TitleGeneratorHub fosters a respectful environment. Any grievances related to EDI issues are taken seriously, with clear procedures outlined in our policies.

Policy Management The Director of People & Culture oversees this policy, with the Executive having the authority for revisions.
